Terms & Conditions – Catering + Cake Orders
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Order Confirmation & Payment
​
All catering and cake orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received. We are unable to secure your booking date or commence preparation until payment has been finalised.

2. Changes to Orders
​
Any amendments to your order must be made no later than 72 hours before your scheduled collection or delivery date.
We cannot guarantee that changes requested within 72 hours of fulfilment can be accommodated.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
​
Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for change-of-mind cancellations.
In the event of a change-of-mind cancellation, a credit note will be issued for the full amount paid. Credit notes may be used for:

Future catering orders; or
-
In-café purchases.
Credit notes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

4. Online Ordering – Notice Period
​
Orders placed via the online ordering platform on our website require a minimum of 7 days’ notice before the requested collection or delivery date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct date is selected at the time of ordering. No refunds will be issued for incorrect date selection.
If your required date is not available for selection within the online ordering system, this indicates that we are fully booked or not accepting orders for that date. We encourage customers to secure their preferred dates early to avoid disappointment.

5. Reheating Requirements
​
The following boxes are supplied pre-cooked and require reheating before serving:

Reheating instructions will be provided where applicable.

6. Packaging
​
If multiple quantities of the same box are ordered, we will endeavour to package them together where possible to minimise excess packaging and reduce waste.

7. Dietary Disclaimer
​
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements before placing a catering order.
While we offer gluten-free options, our kitchen processes ingredients containing wheat and gluten. All food is prepared in the same environment, and therefore, we cannot guarantee that any item is entirely free from traces of gluten.
If you have a severe gluten allergy or intolerance, please consider this when making your selection.
